Recent updates and connected-system signals.

ProjectMan Loro audit completed: all22 findings delivered and the campaign cleaned up.

Impact: The Loro development branch has the audited correctness, usability and maintainability fixes with complete review and test evidence.

ProjectMan Loro audit has ten integrated PRs; the remaining changes now share one final qualification.

Impact: Combining the final delivery reduces repeated half-hour test suites while retaining independent review and full runtime coverage.

ProjectMan conflict review improvements are integrated into the Loro development branch.

Impact: Owners can find unresolved conflicts and review a clear proposed resolution before changing replicated state.

Safer processing diagnostics are qualified and merged into the ProjectMan Loro branch; the reviewed test-budget policy is active.

Impact: Processing failures retain useful safe categories and uncertain work stays fenced against duplicate provider requests. The protected workflow can validate the expanded audit coverage without increasing the combined test budget.

ProjectMan native conflict safety is integrated into the Loro branch; the remaining audit changes have passed source review.

Impact: Three of eighteen audit outcomes have durable acceptance evidence. The work remains isolated from dev and is not deployed.

ProjectMan’s Loro audit foundation is integrated with full browser and backend qualification.

Impact: Real browser coverage now checks the audit changes, including timestamp error visibility. The campaign remains in development with no production deployment.

ProjectMan Loro audit fixes for conflict retries, hosted browser coverage, and safe processing diagnostics have passed independent source review.

Impact: The campaign is addressing concrete owner workflow and reliability problems while preserving history and privacy.

MVP3 now has a reviewed portable inventory tool for the two-node owner pilot.

Impact: The owner-machine agent has a concrete starting point for sizing the pilot and preserving its privacy and recovery boundaries.

ProjectMan replication R7 audit is accepted and staged; R6 live acceptance and cleanup are also complete.

Impact: The replication software now has a reviewed completion audit and operational handoff, with preserved recovery evidence and explicit limits on first-release claims.

ProjectMan R6 live acceptance and credential cleanup are complete.

Impact: The local-first R6 journeys now have live acceptance evidence beyond qualification and deployment.

R6 staging acceptance exposed an identity mismatch in its verification tool; the accepted synthetic native write and history are preserved.

Impact: The failed check does not justify rolling back accepted native data or claiming R6 complete.

R5 native staging acceptance is complete: accepted writes survived recovery and authenticated edits survived a restart. Temporary acceptance credentials are retired.

R4 replication pilot passed full qualification and merged into the Loro integration branch.

ProjectMan replication R3 is qualified and merged: operator controls, fresh-key rotation, and safe recovery/rejoin.

Impact: Completes the operator and recovery gate on the isolated Loro integration branch. No production replication activation or merge into Dev occurred.

ProjectMan can now initiate authenticated two-way replication contacts with durable retry and restart recovery.

Impact: The outbound contact foundation is no longer blocked on CI, enabling the next artifact and recovery-material transfer gate. This is code integration, not production activation or real-node pilot qualification.

ProjectMan's replication side branch is now synchronized with dev and has passed its complete bounded CI workflow.

Impact: The dev-sync and test-stability prerequisite is complete, leaving a clean integration point for the next replication gates.

ProjectMan scoped reviewer reads, stale-request reports and caller-owned correction are implemented in linked review slices.

Published the two replication audit repairs: bounded history browsing and restart-safe fair processing. Both exact heads passed independent source review; hosted qualification is queued.

Impact: History browsing limits reconstruction to the displayed page and preserves scoped legacy precedence. Processing advances durable bounded sweeps so early completed or unavailable requests cannot indefinitely starve later work. Review findings were corrected before qualification.

Merged qualified replication dev-sync PR118; PostgreSQL test provisioning stopped on inherited production PUBLIC read privileges.

Impact: Replication integration is c82ce0a. PR120 has new-base source review but awaits hosted validation; PR122 PostgreSQL acceptance cannot safely use the proposed shared-cluster test login. No production permissions or application deployment changed.

Published independently reviewed peer ACK concurrency repair and pytest-policy compatibility updates on replication feature branches.

Impact: Closes source-review finding ACK-1; hosted qualification is queued, not passed. No integration or deployment performed.

Replication repair batch is preserved in signed draft PRs but cannot integrate yet.

Impact: Sync qualification failed; graph repair qualification is queued; bounded-exchange review found an unresolved concurrent ACK race. Hosted PostgreSQL qualification lacks an enrolled test-database contract. No replication integration, production migration or deployment occurred.

Implemented and merged bounded ProjectMan pytest execution with required hosted test tiers.

Impact: Production-host local pytest is limited to ten expanded fast cases, ten seconds per case, and sixty seconds total. Expensive coverage uses the existing shared hosted lease and resource containment, with persistent diagnostics and reduced repeated database startup.

Completed independent whole-roadmap assessment of ProjectMan replication and validated the default-branch sync candidate.

Impact: Native foundations are substantial, but MVP2 acceptance remains incomplete: audit98–101 and R1–R7, explicit restoration and offline enablement remain. SyncPR118 source review passed; hosted CI is queued, so integration is not yet updated. No deployment or dev integration.

Integrated the six pending ProjectMan replication repair PRs through protected independent review.

Impact: PRs107,108,109,111,112,113 and their six owning repair issues are complete on codex/loro-replication at89edbfa. Current-head CI passes; earlier PostgreSQL qualification and test-only correction provenance are preserved. No dev integration or deployment.
