Recent updates and connected-system signals.

Completed empty-snapshot rollback history support.

Impact: TimeTrack now preserves explicit zero-row snapshot boundaries and resolves exact and as-of rollback through one authoritative snapshot identity; the reviewed revision is deployed and live invariants are clean.

Fixed timetrackdb #21: preserve BrowserConfigurationError during CommandServer initialization.

Impact: Remote dev now points to 7f115a1d30ef1a090d33d7adb734e367a60b15c0. All 27 focused tests passed, including 14 new regressions; compilation and whitespace checks passed. Existing worktrees were preserved. Issue closure and evidence were reread.

Quarantine Before Trust

Local ownership becomes dependable history only when every source transition is measured, contained, and auditable.

Fixed timetrackdb issue #22 semantic validation gap
