MixMan Coordinator gives the music and visual stack one normalized, authoritative now-playing signal.
It polls MixMan or accepts side-stream updates, suppresses duplicates, refreshes stale downstream state, and fans changes out to Visualizer Stream and DungeonOPC. Health and diagnostics remain useful through partial outages, making the service a small but important reliability boundary for live shows.
